- Exhibitor Services Manual
- Precon can prepare an online exhibitor services manual containing order forms for all rates and services . Services can include furniture and AV equipment rental, shipping, printing, carpet, custom booth design & build, sign hanging, labor, cleaning and related services.
- Material Handling
- As the General Services Contractor, Precon will manage the transportation, logistics, drayage, of exhibitor materials into and out of the venue. This includes handling the collection of collateral materials provided by client, sponsors and exhibitors that will be shipped prior to the event.
- Floorplan Drafting
- Precon is pleased to provide floor plans at No Charge with up to three (3) complimentary revisions.
- Graphics and Signage
- Precon can design, print and install directional and informational signage as well as other design and graphic needs.
- Exhibitor Service Center
- Precon can maintain an Exhibitor Service Center from show set-up through show breakdown, inclusive of all open hours
